Medical Students
North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals are contained within the Waitemata Clinical Campus of the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, University of Auckland.
The department regularly hosts University of Auckland medical students on their anaesthesia rotation. In addition, many students from New Zealand and other countries choose to spend extended periods in our department on elective postings.
In addition, the department occasionally offers research summer studentships from November to January (10-12 weeks). The are advertised via the University of Auckland each year.
